Our dried Sea Moss is a perfect choice to enjoy any way you choose.  You can create  sea moss gel (Flavored or unflavored). You can consume sea moss gel by the spoonful or add your gel to any dishes that you make!  The choice is yours.  

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEA MOSS GEL

  1. Clean the dry Sea Moss with water, by thoroughly removing any sea debris, dirt, or particles. We recommend doing this as many times as needed to ensure the sea moss is properly cleaned.
  2. After thoroughly washing the Sea Moss, place it in a large bowl and add enough fresh water to cover it the Sea Moss.  Cut and squeeze a lime into the water.  Then cover the soaking Sea Moss, and let it soak for at least 8 to 24 hours, at room temperature.
  3. Add the sea moss to your blender with its nutrient-rich water (The water it was soaked in).
  4. Blend the mixture, for one to three minutes, until it becomes smooth.  After blending, refrigerate the mixture, allowing it to thicken.
2 oz of our Jamaica Gold Organics Sea Moss, can make up to 2 - 16oz jars of Sea Moss Gel. Two 16oz jars of Sea Moss Gel is sufficient for one person for two weeks.
